You must get this trophy in the sixth chapter 'Death, baby'. You will come to a part where you must choose a statue. After choosing the stature you will complete more of the level before choosing another statue until you have done all 3. For this trophy you must choose the statues in the order of left to right (green, purple and then yellow). After the task for the third statue you will be wearing a pirate hat and you then just need to complete the chapter for the trophy.
