Section 106 - An Overview
Nicole Hobson-Morris, Executive Director of the Division of Historic Preservation, provides an over about the Section 106 Process and how historic sites and communities are impacted by this process.
The activity that is the subject of this project has been financed in part with Federal funds from the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior, through the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Office of Cultural Development, Division of Historic Preservation. This program receives Federal financial assistance for identification and protection of historic properties.
