NADDC, ALCMAN Seek Passage Of NAIDP Bill To Unlock Industry

The National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) and the Automotive Local Content Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (ALCMAN) have renewed calls for the speedy passage of the National Automotive Industry Development Plan (NAIDP) Bill to boost local vehicle production and investment. Speaking during a stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja, NADDC Director-General, Joseph Osanipin, emphasized that the bill is critical to providing a stable policy framework for the automotive sector. He noted that its passage would attract foreign investors, encourage local manufacturing, and create thousands of jobs.
