PES intake manifold Casting process with a core
At the foundry showing the casting process of the PES intake manifold. This mould uses a "core", the core is shaken out later in a vibratory tumbler. This manifold is used on Chevy inline 6 engines, 250-292. The very first picture is of Clyde Norwood, he is the designer of this great manifold. It is used primarily for circle track racing and has shown gains of 20-25 ft bl of tq over a Clifford. The manifold can be purchased on www.12bolt.com
This also shows the real work and talent we still have here in the USA. Hats off to all the factory workers. Without factories, we will have NO jobs. BUY USA FIRST!
