Aleksandra is sharing her story of being a victim of social media standards and how she got to the point of being depressed. Her inspiring talk encourages us to focus on our inner self as well as our human beauty instead of trying to match the standards social media set for us. Aleksandra is a psychology student in Gdansk, Poland, that paints and writes poetry - truly artistic soul!
She also runs the YouTube channel Sohayo Official, where films about the scientific and psychological themes are intertwined with grotesque vlogs from everyday life, enriching them with sharp and ironic humor.
