My 6 course meal started off strong with a pea soup amuse bouche, two breads, scallop crudo, soft shell crab and lobster raviolo. Dover sole and a wagyu beef tip for the entrees and then vanilla panna cotta and chocolate chip cookie to finish. Strong meal thanks to chef Jamie Knott and his wonderful staff.
