The largest Monday grocery haul of 2018! Stocking up before NY!

This was my biggest Monday grocery haul this year thus far. Looking forward to this easy but yummy freezer meal video I'm throwing together for the hubs and all the stock up for the month for the pups.

Grocery Pick up: $75.67
Rebates/Coupons: $0.00
Walmart Total: $75.67

Inside Walmart: $171.72
Rebates: $4.45
Total: $167.27

Todays Total: $242.94

July's total: $366.77
Caribbean Chicken:

2lbs boneless, chicken breast
1/4 cup brown sugar
8 oz pineapple chunks plus juice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of raisins

Dump and freeze. Completely thaw and cook in the crockpot 4-6 hours on low.

Brown sugar meatloaf:

2lbs of ground beef
1/2 cup of milk
2 large eggs
1 pkg of onion soup
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of ginger
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 tsp Worchester
cooking spray

Mix all ingredients together in on e bowl. Put in two pans and cook at 350 degrees for 75 mins!

Pineapple Mango Salsa Chicken:

3 Large chicken breasts
1/2 cup of Salsa
3 tbls of wing sauce
1 cup of brown sugar
1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks drained
2 cups of mango diced
15 0z black beans drained
15 0z sweet corn
4oz green chilies
1 tbls of garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt

Dump all in one bag and freeze. Thaw completely Cook 6-7 on low or 4 hours on low
