Commodore 1541 Floppy Disk Drive Repair

Repairing and cleaning an old Commodore 1541 Floppy Disk Drive for the C64. The drive didn't spin up if you turned it on and didn't react at all to commands from the computer. LEDs were working. Spindle spun for a brief moment if you turned the drive off. I suspected some problem with the controller ICs. Join me in this adventure and see if I can fix it. (Spoiler: yes.)
