Both shoes are amazing in their own rights, and at $180, these juggernauts of running sneakers just might be the perfect match up! Please keep in mind that this is a casual review, I dont run, although I just might start. here is an overview of each

Boost has same look always
Boost is the pinnacle of cushion for 5 yrs.

ZoomX is much lighter
ZoomX is much softer

Responsiveness, Energy Return
Boost has spring back like nothing on the market IMO.
ZoomX is softer which to me, doesnt feel as springy.
ZoomX feels like it absorbes more than it returns

Upper Material
Boost has Primeknit, very soft
Boost pattern changes have a ton of potential
Turbo has fun racing stripe, but is off putting to many, not funtional
Turbo mesh is breathable, underlay a nice touch
Both have very stylish shape
Turbo has a more snug fit, UB more free moving in toe area

Weight
WINNER - Turbo

Breathability
UB - Some say UB gets very warm, they do have a Clima option
Turbo - also gets warm on my feet
WINNER - ULTRA BOOST

Durability
Boost - full length Continental outsole is excellent
Boost Yellows
ZoomX - wears very quickly
ZoomX sole good coverage, not great
WINNER - UltraBoost

Stability
Boost is very well balanced
ZoomX feels unstable at times
WINNER - ULTRABOOST

Traction
ZoomX may not hold up in rain, slippery.
Utra Boost excellent, can be squeaky on some surfaces

Style
Turbo stripe hit or miss design
Ultra Boost patterns are stale.
both look great however, a matter of choice.

Both offer Excellent Cushion, stylish look, and an all around amazing experience on your feet!

In Summary
The new ZoomX Pegasus Turbo is softer, lighter and a refreshing new model! but it also will likely have durability issues and isn't as stable.
The Ultra Boost while heavier, offers much better traction and a more premium feeling knit upper.
Which one should you buy? in the end, it depends on your preferences! If you already have the UB and you are a fan of nike as well, i would say these are a must cop.
If you can only buy 1, I personally this would be the hardest choice I would have to make between 2 sneakers! Because of history however I would likely have to choose my 5 yr champ, the Ultra Boost.
