Leg & thigh quarters
2 tsp clovers chicken seasoning
2 tsp Tony’s creole seasoning
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tsp herbs
FOR SAUCE:
Asian chilli pepper sauce
Sweet & tangy sauce
Liquid from chicken
Teriyaki sauce

For seasoning blend:
Escallion
Thyme leaves
Rosemary leaves
Scotch bonnet peppers
Jalapeño peppers
