iRacing Graphics Settings Explained for VR (No “Best Settings” Nonsense)

iRacing graphics settings can be confusing! especially in VR.

In this video I go top to bottom through the iRacing graphics menu, explaining what each setting actually does, which ones matter most for performance, and why stability is more important than max visuals.

This video was made because Joey tipped me and asked for help and we’re running the same setup: 9800X3D, RTX 5090, and a Pimax Crystal Super so everything here is real-world, not theory.

I also reference official iRacing guidance on stuttering and frame timing, and explain why issues aren’t always caused by one magic setting.

👉 This is not a “best settings” video. It’s about understanding the settings so you can tune your own system properly especially in VR.
