Copy special that the boss didn't know

💥My boss asked me to input a whole bunch of names into an Excel spreadsheet.

😮‍💨At first, I was copying and pasting them one by one,

even typing them into the spreadsheet one by one.
Then I discovered that I could just use Copy Special!

🧠 Amazing trick: Copy and Paste Special
Click on the cell with the name
Click on Data
Click on Split Text to Column
Click on Comma
Click on Apply

✨ In one second, Excel will automatically delete the commas.

Then highlight the entire table of names
Ctrl+C
Right-click on the cell where you want to input the names
Select Paste Special
Select Transpose Row and Column

✨ In one second, Excel will automatically sort all the names.

🪄 Even better: No need to copy, paste, or even type each one individually! Just use the "split text to column" and "paste special" functions! 😎
