I built a super satisfying sand-drawing gadget that creates beautiful patterns, wipes them clean, and repeats endlessly. It’s relaxing to watch, fun to build, and surprisingly easy if you have a 3D printer!

In this video, I take you through the full build — from 3D designing the parts in Fusion 360, to printing, assembling the electronics, coding the ESP32-C6, and finally testing it with real sand… well, actually salt + turmeric because I couldn’t find white sand in my town.
