How to Make Pepper Salami #asmr #salami
Red wine , pepper and garlic salami, has got a ton of flavor with minimal spices added. This is one of the first salami I have ever made over 10 years ago and never gets old! I shot this video in the style of ASMR or autonomous sensory meridian response. This focuses on visuals and sounds of the preparation to almost hypnotize the viewer. As you’ll see there are almost no dull moments and most motions have a sound attached. I had fun making this hope you enjoy it. ❤️
Note* I didnt show the fermenting of this salami in the video but it was infact feemdnted to 5.0ph with in 48 hours of mixing and stuffing.

Garlic minced 0.5% 10g
Black pepper Ground 0.5% 10g

Pink salt #2 0.25% 5g
