The Utah Jazz has just ended their 11-game win streak but they are looking like a contending team. Donovan Mitchell is looking like the real deal after Shaq called him out on national television. And after the Jazz signed Rudy Gobert to a 5-year $205M extension, Utah is looking to go further into the playoffs and into NBA championship contention. After blowing a 3-1 lead to the Denver Nuggets during last last playoffs, they have defeated good teams so far. The Jazz have taken a new identity as Mike Conley, Joe Ingles, and Royce O’Neale are all shooting above 40 percent from three-point range. While Mitchell, Jordan Clarkson, and Bojan Bogdanovic are not so far behind. Jordan Clarkson is also looking like the prime candidate to win the 6th man of the year award so far. But how far can Coach Quin Snyder take this team? Are the Utah Jazz actually legitimate threats to the Lakers, as well as the Clippers, or the Nuggets for dominance in the Western conference?
