30 minute Full Body HIIT Home Workout | 30 minute Full Body HIIT Home Workout | Full Length Follow Along Workout

This full body hiit home workout is follow along full body kettlebell workout including intense kettlebell hiit exercises. The kettlebell hiit workout is split into 3 block; each block contains 4 hiit exercises. We are going to perform each exercise for 35 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest.

Please find the scrip for the full body kettlebell home workout below:

BLOCK I
1. Kettlebell Single Arm Side Swing (L)
2. Kettlebell Front Lunge Lean Row
3. Kettlebell Single Arm Side Swing (R)
4. Kettlebell Jump Squat + Lift + Hand Walk

BLOCK II
1. Kettlebell Half Burpee + Upright Row
2. Kettlebell Push Up + Side Drag
3. Kettlebell Bounce Squat + Overhead Press
4. Kettlebell Pullover + Sit Up + Push & Pull

AFTER BURNER
1. Kettlebell Side To Side Swings
2. Kettlebell 4x Explosive Row + Jump
3. Wide Star Crunches

The whole kettlebell workout is a full length follow along workout. The only equipment needed is a kettlebell and your own bodyweight.
