DISCLAIMERS: (1) Understand that there are MANY factors that will adjust a pastor's salary up and down. So no pastor actually gets paid the remuneration factor. That's just the starting point for calculating his or her pay. (2) Understand that different conferences/unions divide tithe differently in the NAD. These are rounded numbers for educational purposes only. We do not claim that they accurately represent the Illinois Conference, the Lake Union Conference, or any other church entity.
