Komeya Food Channel presents… food for the health conscious

A taste of Italy with this recipe using Komeya Red Crab Sotanghon! Created by Healthy Food Chef Mae Dolonius!

Ingredients

1 cup black olives, chopped

1 cup green olives, chopped

1/2 cup capers

1 onion chopped

1 clove of garlic chopped

7 medium-sized tomatoes chopped

1 cup olive oil

1 pack Komeya Red Crab Sotanghon boiled

Instruction:

Saute the garlic, capers, and tomatoes in olive oil. Mix, add water, and bring to a boil.

Pour the puttanesca sauce over the Komeya Red Crab Sotanghon.

Garnish with black and green olives and coriander leaves
