stuck in a rut, trying to get out of it (vlog)

idk if the title is correct, or if it really captures what I'm in / trying to get out of. but recently my mental health hasn't been the best - and though this video is from earlier this month, I am still going through it.
stressed, mixed with constantly tired, mixed with not enough nutrients and vitamins, mixed with messy mind and room, mixed with wanting to do nothing and everything at the same time... not a good cocktail for sure.
anyways, I hope you guys enjoy watching this video. I find it difficult to cry on camera and upload it, so I really tried cutting all the sniffles and tears out between all the takes and sentences. but I love you guys, enjoy xoxox
