Brisket - Sous Vide then Traeger Smoked! Reigning Champ!
Smoked Brisket is something very special, so we are putting Sous Vide to the test! Is this the best juicy Brisket we've ever had? It is pretty amazing, juicy tender, and passes the bend test!
Sous Vide for 48 hours at 150 degrees. Ice Bath for 30 minutes. 3 hours on Traeger with hickory pellets at 275 degrees.
