Is Carpooling Safe in the Age of COVID-19?
Is it risky to carpool in during the pandemic? As people head back to work and school, many are avoiding public transportation for fear of contracting the virus, and art carpooling instead. But to avoid catching COVID-19 in a carpool, there are a few rules you need to follow to stay safe. Everyone in the car should wear a mask, and door handles, seatbelts, and surfaces should all be disinfected regularly. Math teachers Lily Ammer and Elspeth Grasso carpool together in New Orleans.
