JBL LX22 Makeover Part 3

This is part three of my latest speaker build featuring the JBL LX22 speakers. I am building the frame in cherry and increasing the volume from 13.65 liters to 17 liters to up the bass output. The original specification for these speakers are:

Frequency Response: 50Hz to 20kHz

Recommended Amplifier: 10 to 125W

Crossover Frequency: 3000Hz

Impedance: 8Ω

Sensitivity: 90dB

Bass: 1 x 165mm (6.5") high polymer laminate

Tweeter: 1 x 25mm (1") titanium dome

Enclosure: bass reflex

Finish: black ash, walnut

Dimensions: 394 x 254 x 219mm (15.5" x 10" X 8.625")
