things that shocked me about Germany as an American 😳

Culture shock is real! Before I came to Germany, I really only knew what I had learned in my university classes. It wasn't until I went to Germany for the first time (Kassel to be exact) that I experienced the real Germany! I have come to appreciate how different Germany is from the US, because I really hadn't traveled much at all before 2016. I would have been pretty disappointed to come here and find out that there was no difference. More footage of me dancing in parks coming soon...once it's safe!
