一般人的生活總是脫離不了習慣的圈子，用固定的模式、走相同的路線、接觸早已習以為常的人，少了一點生活上的滋潤、缺乏能對生命改變的契機。旅行，則是一種能跳脫原本生活框架的突破，透過旅行我們不但能接觸不同文化開拓眼界，過程中的歷練也讓自己有所成長。

ㄧ般人的生活模式，總是離不開「習慣」這個圈子。他們用固定的模式，走相同的路線，接觸早已習以為常的人。

他們在生活中缺乏一點滋養，缺乏改變生命的契機。旅行，則是一種突破，可以跳出生活原有的框架。

通過旅行，我們不僅可以接觸到不同的文化，開闊視野，更可以在旅行的過程中讓自己有所成長。

在田納州，我先生小時候成長的地方，有個美麗而峽長的提姆斯湖..，每年的這個時候我們總會到這邊來探訪、遊湖。

今天我花了幾個小時的時間將過去這幾天在湖邊的遊歷，用手機的攝影鏡頭記錄下來，ㄧ來將我們的回憶保存下來，二來也可以讓從來沒有經歷過湖邊生活的朋友們，感受一下湖邊的戲水文化與樂趣。

Ordinary people’s lives are always inseparable from the circle of habit. They use a fixed pattern, follow the same route, and meet people who have long been accustomed to it. Through travel, we can not only get in touch with different cultures and broaden our horizons, but also grow ourselves during the travel process.

In Tennessee, where my husband grew up, there is a beautiful and long gorge Tims Lake. We always visit and swim here at this time of year.

Today I spent a few hours to record my travels by the lake in the past few days with the camera lens of my mobile phone, first to preserve our memories, and second, to let those who have never experienced life by the lake Friends, feel the water playing culture and fun by the lake.
