Shaper Vice Mod

The clamping Force of the Machine Vice on my Shaper leaves a bit to be desired. My Approach to improve on that: Convert it from two movable jaws down to one, effectively dividing the travel per revolution in half and thereby doubling the clamping force.
That means machining a new spindle, of course - and getting my head around how to get the other jaw fixed solid without doing too much to the vice, just in case I'd wish to convert it back somewhen. Enjoy!
