oh the perils of spacewalks...
One of my favorite features in KSP2 is that Kerbals can walk on the outside of their spaceships in space. But it's still a bit glitchy... In this mission the number of casualties compared to the number of Kerbals that went on a spacewalk was 100%. Yikes.
