Dune 2021 trailer [fan made]

this was made for an editing project under an aspiring filmmakers request looking for editors trying to grow or become known/established and even opportunities to learn/schooled in the future.
I'm one of many talented aspiring editors who worked on fan made trailers to have a chance to work with an entertainment channel that makes short films on youtube.
the project consists on winners getting to work with the filmmakers on an upcoming project as editors for a one time thing, but however the experience and credit would be high and very good.
I have submitted mine and found a spot in the entry, wish me luck!
I don't really have any purpose uploading this here other than entertainment.

I spent roughly about 3 days consecutively editing, and even went way out of what I'm used to for this project, and I'm very proud of myself for stepping out of what I do over and over to learn new things.
Some of those things are color correction, in which I'm used to making fan vids and usually when it comes to coloring, my color correction is done on vegas plug in, and it's usually wild colors of reds and blues.
With this project, my color correction was still a lot of what I already use, but more cinematic to achieve the effect of a real hollywood trailer.

I completely redid and re-edited the trailer for dune, and made it my own.
From color correction to score and editing, including rearranging.
I completely rescored it, and all editing was done by me. Most of which would be rearranging to fit my own liking.
I do not own anything featured in this video. This was made completely for entertainment purposes only.
