៣. យើងបានទាមទារឲ្យស្នើកោះប្រជុំសន្និសីទប៉ារីស៍។ តែ ហ៊ុនសែន ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត មិនធ្វើ ។

Our Past Demands and the Failure of Leadership

1. We clearly called for four urgent legal cases to be filed without delay. Yet, Hun Sen and Hun Manet deliberately stalled, refusing to act.

2. We urged the government to formally address and file all outstanding border disputes with both Thailand and Vietnam. But Hun Sen and Hun Manet lacked the political will to take action.

3. We demanded the urgent convening of the Paris Peace Conference to ensure international oversight and uphold national sovereignty. But again, Hun Sen and Hun Manet ignored this vital call.

4. We appealed for national unity to protect our territorial integrity, revive the economy, and combat cyber crime. But Hun Sen and Hun Manet remained silent. We laid out a comprehensive plan to resolve the conflict with Thailand and the deepening crisis within Cambodia. Instead, Hun Sen chose to exploit personal ties between his family and the Thaksin family using nationalism as a smokescreen to escalate military tensions and mislead the public.

5. The cyber crime crisis has persisted for years under Hun Sen’s rule. Rather than confront it, Hun Sen and Hun Manet have consistently sought to conceal it. Now, faced with an opportunity to provoke conflict with Thailand, Hun Sen is fanning the flames using external threats to distract from internal failures.
