3-2-1 Salmon | Chef Eric Recipe

Grilled seafood has never been easier. Use this simple recipe to diversify your diet while boosting your immune system!

Ingredients:
5 Ounce Portion Kvarøy Arctic Salmon
¼ Cup Pura Vida Sauce (For Marinade, See Recipe)
1 Tablespoon EVO

Method:
1. Begin by stabilizing your grill at 400 - 425°F.
2. Grab your favorite marinade or use my favorite (Pura Vida Sauce, found below) and marinate your 5oz proportion of Kvarøy Arctic Salmon for 3 minutes.
3. Slightly oil you grill grate and do the drag test with the fish. Gently drag the fillet over the grill grate - if the fish does not stick, the grill is ready. Place the fish, presentation side down first. Cook your fish for 2 minutes (1 minute on each side).
4. Transfer the cooked fish to the presentation plate and allow to rest for 1 minute and enjoy🤙🏾

Pura Vida Sauce/Marinade:
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Chipotle in Adobo
1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic, Fresh Minced
4 Tablespoon Cilantro, Rough Chop
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Method:
Combine all in a bowl and whip until fully incorporated.
