Dick Clark w/ KISS (Original Lineup) 1999 Meet & Greet

The original members of KISS appear at the 1999 National Association of Television Program Executives in New Orleans. They appeared at the booth for New Line TV. New Line Cinema was promoting the feature film "Detroit Rock City" at the time, so KISS was brought in to attract attention to their booth.

At the 6:57 mark, Dick Clark pops in to say hello. Clark was the first person to put KISS on TV back in 1974 and remained a champion for KISS throughout the years.

This is amateur footage from an event that was closed to the public. I worked at a TV station at the time and have been a KISS fan since 1976. This opportunity to meet my favorite band just fell into my lap, and I'm sharing it now for the first time. Enjoy.

*The original audio was just crowd noise, as I was too far away to pick up any conversation, so I mixed in some classic live KISS for atmosphere.
