Heatwave “FlareUp” Dandruff

Peace & Blessings family. My home state is experiencing 90 degree plus weather. I also workout so when I sweat my flakes have been separating from my scalp and depositing itself in the hair then drying into flake balls 🥴
Extreme dryness and itchiness.

I’ll probably scratch and wash every 5 days with this type of flare-up.
