I'm BACK!
Welcome to my life after college. This is what i eat in a healthy week when I'm back home in LA. I always try to eat something nutritious for breakfast, so I've included a few breakfast recipes in the video. Since I eat intuitively I usually have a very light lunch/snacks in the middle of the day when I'm least hungry. I went to Joshua Tree, met up with a few friends, tried to drink a lot of water, and ate a lot of avocados.
