On a beautiful evening near Dallas, Texas, see how a delicious, juicy, NY Strip steak is grilled on the Char-Broil portable propane grill.

Simple recipes are sometimes the best, and, in my opinion, reflect the simplicity of the RV Lifestyle and Vanlife. A “steakhouse spinach salad” is part of the meal, too.

Ingredients:
NY Strip Steak
Fine olive oil
Sprig of rosemary
Salt
Pepper
