Making applesauce using a food chopper.

Making applesauce in a food chopper is pretty easy (and a good workout). Note: I like my applesauce really tart, so I did not bother to cook the apples. If you are a more normal person, you will want to steam the apples in a pot before you do this (this will make the applesauce much more smooth, easier and faster to chop, and a bit sweeter).

FYI, my food chopper is a Brieftons food chopper which seems a bit more durable than others I have used, if you do this, make sure your food chopper can handle pulverizing apples.
