Advanced Reformer Pilates: Strength, Flexibility & Total Body Balance

This Advanced Reformer Pilates class is your next-level challenge for full-body strength, flexibility, balance, and control. This class moves at a faster pace, with more complex choreography, transitions, and intensity to push your endurance, deepen your core connection, and fine-tune your alignment.

We’ll work on:
• Core stability under load
• Dynamic flexibility for hips, spine, and shoulders
• Upper and lower body strength
• Precision balance work for dynamic control

This class is NOT for beginners.
You must have prior Reformer experience and know these exercises well, ideally having learned them under the supervision of a certified instructor.
