Col. Jeff Tamayo's Tribal Games 2

The Tribal Games is an extraordinary and unique effort in environmental protection and awareness, in promotion and preservation of culture through sports and education. In the spirit of fraternity and sportsmanship, our katutubo Tribes are recognized as guardians of biodiversity, as integral and elemental to Filipino heritage, a cognizance long denied and neglected this branch of Filipino culture.

The program includes competitions in Tribal Archery, Sibat, Obstacle courses, indigenous boat races, foot races, among others. Important features will be Cultural Presentations and Open Forums with tribal spokespersons on biodiversity.
