DISCLAIMER: If you have a big brake kit or certain M Sport Package Options with Brake and Rim Upgrades then these E60 donut spares will not work on your car. Specifically the rear axle wheels. What you maybe able to do is rotate the front wheel to the punctured or damage rear wheel and use the E60/E90 spare donut on the front wheel. My car does not have a Sport Package or M Sport Options so I cannot speak for or recommend this for those cars.
