Skyrim Is Coming To ESO - What's New?

This year The Elder Scrolls Online is getting a big update in The Dark Heart of Skyrim. Adding familiar locations, new places to discover, and a host of new content. Let's talk about it!

The Dark Heart of Skyrim adds a bunch of new content that will be released over the course of this year in 4 major updates. New content includes:

- The Western Skyrim Zone
- A new storyline centered around witches, vampires and werewolves
- Familiar old locations like Solitude, Morthal and Dragonbridge
- Blackreach, which will be a massive underground zone
- Harrowstorms, a new world event
- New delves, dungeons, and world bosses
- A rework to the Vampire Skill line
- Six new armor sets
- Antiquities, a treasure discovery system
- Mythic gear, unique items with special properties
