This is a typical Norwegian / Scandinavian food video. We are outside in beautiful Norwegian nature, by the river. We have covered the table, lighted candles and decorated for an outdoorsy food happening.
In the beginning of the video everything is perfect! But eventually things go wrong and becomes very awkward and embarrassing. Mads starts playing with the food Ronald loves, pukes and is writhing in sickness. Ronald ignores Mads and continues his culinary journey through Norway. Several of the recommendations are from Lofoten - the beautiful islands far up in the north.
He is also visit Portugal before demonstrating towards the end a classic Italian dish with a Norwegian twist. It is the highlight of the video and the dish that will make people all over the world drool from hunger. All the recommendations can of course be used as a topping on an open sandwich for your Norwegian lunch; Matpakke. As always, this is satire and self-deprecating humor.
