The DIY rotating engine stand | with an engine!!

I occasionally get comments about how the stand worked out, whether the caster plates bent or if the thin metal failed. Spoiler: I just hung an engine and its working fine so far. This is a SBF, a 5.0ho mustang engine. Im not an engine expert but Its what I would consider middle of the road weight-wise. IF I could change anything I would add a few degrees of pre-load into the vertical neck support. The casters and caster plates held fine under this small block V8, a big detroit diesel might change that. The rotation feature worked out great, I can see it being a huge benefit, again thats just a simple brake-slack adjuster off a semi truck.....Thanks for watching

The frame material is random bits of box tubing
The spinning head is 3/4" plate steel
The arms are 1 1/4" bar stock
The pivot shaft is 1 1/2" 28 splined brake shaft
The casters are 330lb each
The bolts are all 5/8" NC
The spinning head is held in place by a retention clip, like on a semi
