Anna Kepner’s Stepbro Slapped with Sex Abuse, Murder Charges

Months after the murder of 18-year-old Anna Kepner aboard a Carnival cruise ship, Kepner’s stepbrother, 16-year-old Timothy Hudson, is charged with her murder. Given that Kepner’s death happened aboard the ship in international waters, Hudson is charged in federal court.
