This is a difficult video for me to share. On Monday, July 2nd, 2018 I survived my worst suicide attempt to date. It's very important to me that I share my story, even the darkest parts of it. I am currently going through the most difficult time of my life and I hope by sharing this video I can raise awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention.

I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), OCD and PTSD.
