Tricks to Rooting Rose Cuttings Successfully | Why are the Roses Stems Turning Black and Dying

I get people asking me all the time, "Mike, why are my rose cuttings stems turning black and dying"? Well here are some simple tricks for rooting rose cuttings successfully and not having to worry about black and dying stems on your roses anymore. The black stems is due to fungal disease. Roses are susceptible to fungal disease but by using an antifungal agent like daconil and propagating your cuttings in an inert material like sand, you will have a much higher rate of success when propagating your roses.
