Many Vessels Ran Aground in Getafe Bohol due to Typhoon Odette

Around 50 vessels and small boats in the western region of Bohol ran aground when Typhoon Odette swept through Bohol Province last December 16, 2021.

The vessels were taking shelter along the islets of Getafe due to safe area during and every typhoon encountered before Odette.

Filmed on December 21, 2021 on the 5th after the devastation of Typhoon Odette.

Currently the shipowners are conducting extraction and retrieval operations on their respective vessels.
