2023 Maxwell Awards of Excellence
The Maxwell School held its 2023 Awards of Excellence ceremony in celebration of public service on April 27, 2023 in Washington, D.C., at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Dean David Van Slyke and program emcee Boris Sanchez ’09 presented the 2023 awards to Deniece Laurent-Mantey ’09 (Maxwell Compass Award), Sean E. Callahan G’98 L’98 (Maxwell 1924 Award), Juan Carlos Izaguirre G’06 G’07 (Charles V. Willie Advocate Award) and Bernard D. Rostker G’66 G’70 (Maxwell Spirit of Public Service Award).
