just wanna say that I no longer work with Dote!! this video was posted before any of the drama ~occurred~ & im super grateful for having this opportunity but I’ve realized that my values do not line up with Dote’s.

I’d love to see Dote hire more minorities & help fix this issue they’ve had with inequality. It breaks my heart to see how they’ve treated girls on their trips, whether they realized it or not!
