Miniest ITX, Maximumest cooling! (I sorta watercooled a S4 MINI...)

...And I went a little overboard. In this special NFC Feature Build I share my journey liquid cooling the X299e + 7920x + 1080ti that I stuffed in the new S4 MINI last week. This external setup is really meant to cool my test benches, but its application can be used for servers, miners, media centers, and gaming rigs where you don't want heat and noise in the same room as you!
