Ankita Bhandari Case: उत्तराखंड में वर्ष 2022 में हुए अंकिता भंडारी हत्याकांड में कोर्ट ने तीनों आरोपियों-पुलकित आर्य, सौरभ भास्कर और अंकित गुप्ता को दोषी करार दिया है. कुछ देर में उनके खिलाफ सजा का ऐलान होगा. तीनों आरोपियों को 302, 354, 120 धाराओं में दोषी पाया गया. कोटद्वारा में एडीजे कोर्ट ने तीनों आरोपियों को दोषी करार दिया.

बता दें कि 18 सिंतबर, 2022 को वनंत्रा रिजॉर्ट में रिसेप्शनिस्ट अंकिता भंडारी की हत्या कर उसका शव चीला की शक्ति नहर में फेंक दिया था. घटना के एक सप्ताह बाद चीला नहर से अंकिता शव बरामद हुआ था.

तीनों आरोपियों को दोषी ठहराए जाने के बाद अंकिता भंडारी हत्याकांड मामले में कोटद्वार में अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय सजा का ऐलान करेगी.अदालत के इस फैसले पर पूरे उत्तराखंड और देश के लोगों की निगाहें टिकी हुई हैं. कोटद्वार में इसके लिए पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से व्यापक इंतजाम किए गए हैं. गढ़वाल मंडल के विभिन्न जनपदों से पुलिस फोर्स कोटद्वार बुलाई गई है.अदालत परिसर के बाहर की सड़कों पर बैरिकेडिंग लगाई गई है ताकि कोई गड़बड़ न हो.

19 मई को अभियोजन पक्ष के अधिवक्ता विशेष लोक अभियोजक अवनीश नेगी की ओर से बचाव पक्ष की बहस का जवाब देकर सुनवाई का सिलसिला समाप्त किया गया था. अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों की बहस व दलीलें सुनने के बाद फैसला सुनाने के लिए 30 मई की तारीख दी थी.
