Dubuque's Bi-Centennial Parade

This video was shot on Super 8 film in June 1976 in the 1100 block of Iowa Street in front of the WDBQ broadcast studios. The two cute blond youngsters you see are my children, Michelle age 6, and Steve age 2. The creative floats and excellent marching bands and other units are a tribute to how our city celebrated the birthday of the greatest country on earth - The USA. Enjoy.
