Dahi ke kebab | No introduction

Dahi k kebab:
Ingredients:
1. Hung curd 400 gms
2. Crumbled paneer
3. Ginger
4. Green chili
5. Coriander
6. Onion (chopped)
7. Salt
8. Powdered sugar ½ tsp
9. Black pepper ½ tsp
10. Maida slurry
11. 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
• Take a deep bowl, place a strainer over it, and spread a muslin cloth over the strainer. Add curd to it and allow it to hang for 30 min to 1 hour.
• Once the excess water is removed from the curd, put it in another bowl and mix crumbled paneer, ginger, green chili, coriander, onion, salt, powdered sugar, and black pepper.
• Grease your hands, and shape them into kebabs. Coat these kebabs in bread crumbs.
• Dip them in Maida slurry and again in bread crumbs. Repeat with rest.
• Deep fry them in oil over medium heat for 10 seconds on each side.
• Soft and Delicious Dahi k kebabs are ready!
